Unfortunately, the buffer and freeze problems have persisted since 4 pm. The problems currently exist at 7:40 pm. That has nothing to do with faulty internet or device. Tested with several customers. Tested with internet, 4g mobile, different players (duplex play) and different devices (cell phone, smart tv) only this channel buffers! All other channels run wonderfully. One more thing: The channel cannot be found in the dashboard? You cannot report this channel. Hope to quickly localize the problem. Thank you:oops:

Had as well some issues around this time, and have reported it to the tech team to have look at it & if possible
to add a backup channel for it, cross fingers lads ✌

Guys just a hint, if the german F1 channels has some issues, just check the other countries until the german one has been fixed/improved.

Of course, we do understand it, but before u miss the race better watch it in English......

hi .. new 720p source in the sky sport fhd de channel. Stable so far ... But in the perfect player the channel runs at half the buffer rate. Hope that the buffer rate does not drop to zero with many viewers and is re-buffered. Please remain stable ... but thanks to the tech team and please reinforce the channel .. ;)

the source is stable only the sound is far too quiet
