Elite TV app

Hi All

New to the forum so not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I’ve been using the Elite TV app for ages but recently ive had a message popping up telling me to download the latest version of the app, trouble is I don’t know where to get it! My subscription is via Elite Lounge who’s website seems to have disappeared so no chance of any info from there.

If anyone has any ideas let me know.
