Entire TV Shows section empty

The entire linrary of Rapid iptv Shows section is empty. The series title does appear in the menu list however when you click on it, an empty folder follows. Can anyone assist?

please check the Bouquet list from your Dashboard. Make sure VOD: TV Series is selected (http://prntscr.com/m241pe)
