What setup are you using? m3u or web portal? If m3u you need an epg url. I can help you with that. If you are using web portal it should download automatically.
Ok that's good. Go to the same menu where you input the m3u. There should be a field where to write an epg url and write the following
http://estiptv******* WARNING FRAUD **DON'T BUY** PLEASE REPORT TO ADMIN *******/epg/IPTV_guide.xml
This should give you the epg of all the groups. If you want epg for a particular group you can get it from the dashboard. I hope this helps.

Do you have a subscription with iptv stack/rapid? The epg url I gave you only works with that subscription.

Great. It may take some time for epg to download because the url I gave you has the epg of a lot of channels.
