Fixed out of hours stream on live sport channels

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a fixed stream to those channels that only work during live events? A low quality stream saying something on the lines of 'This stream only emits during live events' would suffice. It would provide two things:
1 - A way to know when a channel is down vs not live.
2 - In (at least) Kodi it wouldn't send you back when flipping through channels.
