I have an ongoing issue with Genplayer crashing when I try to search for a movie or show on demand. Live TV is fine. Anybody know a workaround for this?

what device do you use?
if its android, then please can you try to install vlc player ? this brings often the codec for vod content etc.

Currently using a fire stick, I also have a Samsung smart tv, any good links to side load VLC?
