Hi, my first post, I looking for some help with IPTV on firestick hope im on the correct forum

I have a 4K firestick, ethernet connection (no wifi), no other apps running (other than surf shark VPN ) 40 Mbps internet speed (talk talk UK)
I use smarters pro to connect to my paid service (iptvlogins) I also use Bee tv .
Both have been fine for a couple of years but recently in the evening both are buffering constantly but ok in the day .
I have tried another firestick and many different VPN locations .
Anyy help would be appriciated .

HI,that can me many reasone about buffering...1) Streams from providers 2) your vpn 3) your Firestick 4K need update 4) check cashe on apps
And they other apps you can use to : STB emu Pro, Smart IPTV
