IPTV on old IPAD air running on IOS 12.5.7

Are there any apps in APP store that allows running on IOS 12.5.7?
This is the latest version on my IPAD AIR. Apple don`t allow me to update to any higher version.

Yeah, I have checked many of the ones available, probably about around 8-10. They all require higher OS than I can get on my old IPAD. I was able to get an old version of Netflix by switching the the Apple id account from a friend of mine. But it was not possible to get an older version of an IPTV software with the same tactic. So far no luck. I was indeed looking for an advice by someone who had encountered the same difficulties.
