Hello, I'm a newbie so apologies if I open another thread on a probably-already-well discussed issue. I have a IPTV Smarters Pro account that works perfectly on my Android phone and tonight I have downloaded the IPTV Smarters Pro app on my Samsung Qled TV and I've got 2 issues:
- the first one: I have entered my username, password and url provided by my seller and I got the error message "authorization failed for above host";
- the second one: reading a bit this forum in order to solve the above issue, I've been trying to change the url to smarters.link but I got the error message "invalid username/password".

So, where did I go wrong?

Thank you!

yes, I did. I only took off the "http://" in the previous message cause the forum had been telling me that I was posting a scam message

is your subscription out of this community? this http://smarters.link is for rapid iptv subscription only. your provider would need to give you an url for this application if you don't use real rapid iptv.
and keep also in mind: smart tv's having often limited cache/memory, in such a case you would need to reduce the m3u file size while you edit/reduce the bouquet list to a minimum.

Hello, I have IPTV Smarters Pro, as written in the title thread, so I don't know if you can redirect me to someone who can solve the issue with that app

Also verify that your url is actually from rapid and not your reseller selling rapid but giving you another url ( channels not from rapid ).

If in doubt ask a mod (green) to verify the url your reseller provided.
