I lose my favorite channels when my provider goes down and comes back up. The provider says it's unfortunate. Anyway to solve this problem?

on Smarters, when u goto categories, on the right top corner is 3 dots. click that and u have options to reload channels and to reload tv guide. hope this helps. It helpps to do this often as it also clears up some cache too but also reloads epg as well
