It image on Firestick record issue

I have a usb external hard drive connected to my wifi router. iPad, computer and X-plore app all see this drive and see the recording folder but tivimate doesn’t. I’ve tried using the smb way on tivimate and tried using the actual IP address. Thoughts ideas?
