First post, I have an Ultra Smart TV, model: 49sm8600pua. I initially didn't have problems but I've noticed when playing Amazon Prime Video that it would stop, freeze, play, lose the audio. I thought it was just prime but now I see it pause, stop with YouTube. I was watching a TV channel which also fragmented briefly. Now I don't know. I contacted the LG community but they just come back with an email that is impersonal and just a list of suggestions. Is anyone else having this issue? How did you solve it? Is the a matter of buying a HDMI cable for ultra HD?
