M3U file won't work on Kodi or Perfect player but works on other apps

I'm baffled as why my M3U file will not work on Kodi or perfect player, but fine on IPTV pro and other apps. I've tried a few things but just won't work. I know there's some intelligent people here that know why. Thanks

If you are using M3U please note that there are to versions of the M3U with Options, One HLS and One MPEGTS.
Depending on your setup you will get different performance between the two so please try both versions and see wich one works the best for you

Also try and untick Cache at local storage
