MAG 424 / Server Log in Problem

Hello People

I have a problem with my MAG 424 box. Sometimes i get a message that i have to log me in again. ( see photo )
I don't know why this happen. My IPTV Provider can't help me.

It's possible to save the log in settings, so that i don't have to typing always the username and password again?
