Need Latest Firmware For Petra G4 Andriod Box

HELLO ALL I HAVE PETRA G4 ANDRIOD BOX STUCK ON RED LIGHT . I TRY TO RESET IT THROUGH RESET HOLE AT THE BACK OF THE BOX BUT NOTHING STILL STUCK ON RED LIGHT. NEED LATEST FIRMWARE FOR PETRA G4 ANDRIOD BOX AND TOOL IF POSSIBLE.
