No series are showing on IPTV

Hi I recently got and paid for IPTV on a fire stick, the live tv and movies are showing fine but series are showing as 0 available. Any ideas how to fix?

Install the VLC player on your fire tv stick, you'll find it under the fire tv stick search function. It brings the right video codec to your device.
Once installed you can start your IPTV app again and the vod content should start working

Are you sure that your iptv provider have series in his offers pack

Contact your provider this problem not related to software something missing here

And which iptv player you use?

Hi,
I have the same problem. I can only watch live TV and movies. The series-tile is shown, but there are 0 series, so i cannot watch series.

I am using a 4k amazon fire TV stick.
I have installed VLC , also installed the XCIPTV-App, but there are also 0 series shown.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
