no server

I have used GSE Pro for years, today on one of my apple tv's when I went to upload my playlist to my computer the address it gave me was http://(null):2020. My other apple tv is working great, but I can't get the other to upload and I have restarted, reinstalled and even reset my apple tv back to factory reset and nothing changes. Can anyone help.
