No sound from front right speaker.

Hello,
I am a new member. I am using an apple tv4k, Srters pro and Iplay apps with xtream server. I dont have any sound problems with Netlix, Disney+ etc., however with iptv I cant hear any thing from right speaker.. Anybody has a similar problem? Any suggestions to fix this problem?

If you have a Philips TV with ambilight backlight it is probably stuck Dolby Surround codec - I had a similar problem.
The easiest way to fix this is by disconnecting the TV power for 5 min and reconnecting it or reset your TV to factory settings.
