PLAYBACK ERROR

I have IPTV Smarters on both my phone and Firestick. Everything was working just fine until recently I am getting the playback error every couple of minutes for all channels on both devices. I have tried all the different settings - stream format, player, etc... but nothing works.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
