Problems MOVIE: multi subtitles

When I start to watch a film in group MOVIE: multi subtitles it's ok, without problems. If I change the subtitles to "subs Off" to have subtitles in English appears in tv screen "video error" msg and It can't be seeing any longer.

This error started a few days.

Any solution?

What app are you using to watch the VOD Multi subtitles?

Hi, I'm using the smart iptv. All films when I change the subtitles on/off, I can't see them any longer.

Is there any chans of installing for example Perfect Player to see if it works, I never had this problem either on that app or IPTV Etreme Pro for example.

Hi. The problem with smart tv and smart iptv they do not support any data format. Therefore, it is very limited which subtitles you get. It is affected by the data format your iptv provider uses.
