Reset Smart IPTV

I have the Smart IPTV app on my Nvidia Shield for testing. Now I cannot get back to the first page where I can add users etc. I have tried to clear the data but it doesn't seem to go away and I have uninstalled and reinstalled and uninstalled-reboot-reinstall but it refuses to act like a new install but rather keeps trying to get URLs to load that won't

Any ideas?
