I have a Samsung BU8000 Crystal LED. Operating System is Smart Hub ver.1602.2
Since the last update, while watching movies and series, I can't see any subtitles and audio from the menu. On the other hand, when I turn on the same provider, the same movie, all subtitle and audio options work on the iPhone. The problem is with the app on TV for sure.
Could you sort this issue out, please?
