Hi, I hope this is the right place. I tried reporting this on the dashboard but the channel doesnt appear listed there to be reported.

The channel is having audio issues.

Hello,

To be sure your reports are seen and attended to, you need to report them in the right way.

For example: If a channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel report it at the "Channels" section (http://prntscr.com/kku652) directly from your Dashboard.

If the channel does not show up at channel report - then submit a ticket from your DB.

If you mean channels not listed in rapid list you need to go in right area 'thread' request channels..
