Since a week that the channel is on loop
24h a day the same few seconds of video again and again.
Can someone reboot that channel please?

Hello Dear Member,

Have forwarded the issue to the tech team now,
and please next time when you experience problems with a specific channel, report them directly via your Dashboard....
The Tech Team does not read the forum threads, always report them through your DB, otherwise, they don't know about the problem and it is unlikely to be fixed....

if a channel does not show up at channel report then kindly submit a ticket from your Dashboard
