SIPTV Connections fails

Hello everyone. Last weekend I installed the Smart IPTV app on my tv along with a long list of channels.
Problem is none of them works. Every channel of whatever country I tried is buffering and then fails to connect.
I would like to sort it out before the 7-day trial ends. Any suggestions?

Which cennection are You using wifi / eth??

I’m almost surre they say it’s provider fold... it’s never they fold, even if list is work perfect in different app

What's your TV ?
LG TV ?
Did you use the MPEGTS (=rs) or HLS (=m3u8) variant of your m3u file ?
If you tried MPEGTS, then try the HLS variant or the other way around.

And try to reduce the countries in your bouquet list in order to reduce m3u file size, most TVs having limited cache and can't load big m3u files.

It's aToshiba tv. I used two different list, one very long and one with only 12 channels. I used both a URL list and an HLS. None of them worked.
