Sky DE freezing all the time in the evening

Since at least two weeks the Sky DE Channels are freezing all the time. They are working well in the afternoon, but are not watchable in the evening. Same for Sky Sport Austria....

that's exactly what i've been saying for weeks. it's always at prime time, or when there are sporting events.
it also doesn't matter if you are connected via VPN or not. that rules out the ISP blocking anything.
It is only unfortunately always claimed that it is the user and has a problem.
Have this problem with different lines with different ISP.

I don't know what has happened to the server since Thursday, many German channels don't work or freeze, it's not because of our devices or the Internet, it's all down to the server
