The resolution on those channels is quite bad and the picture isn’t really fluid. Is there a possibility to get a better alternative?

Hi there. I’m a newbie to all of this but I’m quite disappointed!! I had this app added to my firestick and when there’s a decent game on from the English premier league all I get is a blank screen and a buffer circle.... any suggestions on how to get the game on? I’ve unplugged everything, checked my broadband connectivity and put it all back together. Other apps on my firestick are working fine...
