Slow to load, videos keep buffering.

Hi all
New to the forum, hopefully someone maybe able to help.
i have 2 firesticks, one down stairs the other upstairs. Use xciptv version 3.2.0
Everything was fine up until about a week ago now every time i select a film to watch its slow to load and then plays for a bit then buffers.
Its only this app thats effected. Netflix, youtube prime etc work fine.
Internet speed is good.
router has been reset and still have problem,
App deleted and resinstalled and still have problem,
Firestick up to date.
I currently have this issue on both sticks

anyone have any ideas at all?

Hi all,

I've been using the xciptv app and everything's been working fine apart from the menu in TV Guide is going extremely slow.

I can watch live TV itself, and VOD and movies but it's browsing through the menus which is painfully slow.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?
