Smart IPTV app on firestick

Installed SIPTV app on a firestick for a friend......subs working fine for few weeks then just stopped
couldnt get past the restart/mac address screen.........
app is activated, tried re installing and have latest APK installed but app will not boot...........any ideas?

btw on the pslash screen the options to adkjust the buffer size etc do not appear either?

sounds strange... would suggest to arrange a factory reset under fire tv stick, might be helpful

If you know the shortcuts, how to open the groups etc., then SMART IPTV is for me the best app, cause of fast zapping etc. The only thing which is missing: vod covers. but if you prefer LIVE TV, then SMART IPTV is the best, if you ask me
