Swedish ISP

The house I will move to only have Comhem and Telia as internet service provider. Which one is best ( or less bad)?
As I understand there is not possible to change DNS in the router from Comhem, is it the same issue with them?
I am worried that they might block iptv, then it's good to be able to at least change DNS in the router.
Of course the option is to use mobile internet with unlimited data, but that will be more expensive of course.
Anyone have an idea about this?

Yes, I know the work well for now, but I was thinking for future. In some countries they block iptv on match days etc.

This answer does nobody have. Buy your isp with no contract 12/24moth. and u can just change if it dosnet work well .
