Things were good, not now on 4K Fire Stick

I use 2 IPTV services through the TiViMate app. All good until yesterday.
Video was in slow motion and many channels were buffer fests. This with both IPTV services.
Software appears to be current. Signal strength very good on both 2.4 and 5g. Download speed test showed plenty good enough. Caches all clear
IPTV providers say no issues on their end and can’t help.
But when I remove the new stick and use the previous generation Fire Stick all is well again.
I’ve read that many are having trouble with the new sticks but I haven’t found an answer yet.

Same happened to me during all weekend
Fire tv original works good but the 4k stops and buffers every minute
Its sad the 4k works so bad compare to previous models
Before was working good but something happened again!!

I wish I'd bought the 4k from Amazon for an easy return. But I bought locally and no longer have the packaging or receipt so I'm out of luck. Fortunately the previous stick is working as it should.
