It worked when I installed it. The second time I tried to use it, all I got was sound and a black screen. The guide is visible but not the picture when I try to view a show. When I switch anything, the picture flashes for a second then goes black. I recorded a show and it played back fine. I can't find anything useful under settings I can change. I am using the Windows version on my computer. Any help is appreciated.
