Videos Not Processed

Good afternoon you guys, I know I’m in the wrong place again, but Gma7, CNN, and GTV-12 Ph are all experiencing video not processed again. I tried reporting it on the dashboard, but it’s asking me for a 150 by 100 picture (which I did already on my phone), but it keeps telling me that it is invalid, can you guys help me out please?

Why dont you go to an actual image rezize website and make sure its actually that size then upload it via your PC , Just google free image rezize and plenty sites do it for free

Good morning you guys I e-mailed the provider on this app saying that the videos were not processed again, but they haven’t fixed it yet, are one of you guys able to fix it?
