VOD German Filme Venom

Hello there! A friend has Smart IPTV on a Samsung TV and can't watch the film Venom on German VOD.
I have another model Samsung TV but with Smart IPTV and for me it loads alright! He gets Video Error!

Someone know what it could be? Other films load well for him apart from one or another title that gives out video error

His TV probably doesn't support the video codec/format.

Yours does....
