in the server url sometimes you have a capital i as in "I" and that looks like a lwer case L as in "l" so try with both.

Check server url. There is probably a mistake.

During big games isps are blocking us so you might want to try over vpn.

Your internet provider is probably blocking the iptv server. Try again over vpn and it should work.

Yeah make sure to take the mac from device info NOT from network settings.

I have double checked the mac and it is ok. And the sub is still active.

Is he getting that error message while connected to wifi? Then tell him to try over mobile data. It could be his wifi at fault.

At step 4 you say paste .gz link from dashboard. Where is that gz link in dashboard?
