Unfortunately not. There is three levels of lock. The first is hiding the potal, the second not allowing you to update from settings, the third (the permanent) not allowing you to update from BIOS (you'll get "wrong signature" message)

I tryed to update it just now, but I received the message: "Wrong signature". I've read somewhere on the internet that the provider can lock the device in way that it doen't allow it to accept updates from someone other that the provider themselves, though I'm not sure if that is the case here...

Thanks. You mean I can simply go to imfomir's website grab the software and install with flash memory? Can I do that even if device is locked? Because I\ve checked infomir's support forum, and found that they said it can't be done, and told the guy who asked them to talk to the his provider.

That's the problem, it can't be changed in the conventional way. If you go the Servers, there is no option to change the portal.

Hi I have an old Mag250 that's locked by the provider (you can't change the portal), is there anyway to unlock it? I dugg deep in google before asking and couldn't find a clear answer. Thanks in advance.
