For isp block or speed limitations which result in buffering, the only solution seems to be a VPN. If you device like smart tv doesn't support vpn apps, then think about to buy an android box (e.g. amazon fire tv stick) or a second router which support vpn CLIENT (not server), e.g. asus router...
SIPTV has its own epg source.
If you don't like SIPTVs epg source, then use rapids epg source and add it together with your m3u url to siptv app, to enjoy rapids epg instead of own siptv epg.

the latest app seems to be full of bugs, especially the vpn option does not work with version 2.2.2.4 - you should uninstall this app and install an older version on your android box: version 2.2.2. = and the rapid vpn is working, find a tutorial here...
sounds like ISP block... some ISP set a block or at least a speed limit so some specific IPTV servers, those blocks are temporarily and especially activated during prime time.
you are using fire tv stick... its an android box.. you can try to IPTV SMARTERS PRO app and use rapid free vpn...

Mag420 is difficult... Most likely not supported anymore...

i am going to send a pm to you and lets try some things in pm to figure out whats the real problem... try to reduce bouquet list (m3u file size), change between MPEGTS and HLS etc...

Do you have access to your dashboard? You should find the m3u link & portal url there.
And if you don't have access to the dashboard, who is your reseller ? And did you talk to him already?
Hi mate, I never used this device but check clients portal url, does he use the old one (unsecured) portal ? Try the new secured portal url and probably change the portal url and try again?

I had another user with same problem, he was using unsecured (old) portal url. Check your dashboard and use new secured portal url and the problem should be solved ?
Did you pith all files from both widgets on the root folder of the usb stick?
