what is meant with starts epg in extreme panel? few people later say starts it in client portal, but i dont see any differences in my client portal.

Thats strange, my customer says he get no epg with his mag, are you sure it works with "mag" devices? or has the portal which were set in the portal in the device changed? what is the correct portal right now?

so he said he can move them in his favorite list with the blue button, but cant save the movement, is there a button when he moved them in the favorite list to save the sortment? or is this even not possible? thank you a lot
