@Gambit1uk virgin media is one of the worst ISP's in terms of throttling when it comes to IPTV. He need to change the DNS server in router and/or device and on top of that, he need to find a good VPN to bypass the ISP block.

Install the VLC player on your fire tv stick, you'll find it under the fire tv stick search function. It brings the right video codec to your device. Once installed you can start your IPTV app again and the vod content should start working ;)
