mag 522 v2 no portal showing

hi, i have a mag 522 v2 which i reset to factory setting as advised in other thread.
after following the instruction i reset the box ok and from the inner portal added a url.
the box starts to load and then goes blank (does not show loading bar)
i have tried all of the video setting and eventually just left on auto.
i have tried too diferent urls both of which work ok in other boxes.
any advise would be appreciated

MAG 4xx and 5xx models might face issues with portal system.
You can use these models with m3u url.

How to generate m3u:
On the left side of your main menu, proceed to the Lines section, select the line that you want to use and click on options then select Download (MPEGTS m3u WITH OPTIONS). Here you will be able to download the scripts based on your devices.
