No, download only Bootstrap_250 and imageupdate files. Then put them in folder mag250 which must be located at root of the pendrive.

Okay, so it's not a firmware problem. Go to Settings, then Portal and check whether you have Interface option with list of skins. Do other applications (Videoclub, Infoportal, Karaoke etc.) work well?

And your provider uses Stalker 5.3. Are you able to change skin in settings and check whether this problem happens at other Classics and Smart Launcher?

Has this problem happened before updating to r23? It may be doing because of this update. Maybe also your provider doesn't support it.

Hello, which firmware do you use on MAGs? And for MAG 250, are you able to flash official Infomir public image? From this repository: http://soft.infomir.com/mag250/release/0.2.18-r22 do flashing by USB & Bootstrap from bootloader menu !!! Not embedded portal nor factory image from default link!

"Latest update" means 0.2.18-r23-254 from Infomir or your provider uses their own customized software?

You can try flashing public image from Infomir soft repository (not factory!). Public image has standard key which should pass when the previous firmware is signed by custom. But if previous firmware is signed as operator image, Wrong Signature will appear.
