Yes, I disconnected the 256 because it froze over and over again and then I connected the 254 on the same cable. 254 works like a charm- 256 freezes. No other changes only the box itself. (After about 5 minutes the 256 freezes completely. It freezes so deep, that nothing is gonna wake it up...
