Anyway I told my clients not to update till the problem is fixed. I just have 1 MAG STB I updated when I didn't know about the problem. I'm going to look for a downgrade in the meantime.

Same problem here. Updated a new/unused MAG254 to the latest firmware and activated a trial account and it doesn't connect to the portal. I was preparing this for a new customer...
