I have this same problem with Mag 250 and it will not connect via Virgin Media Hub but after taking it to another Isp i get message "blocked contact provider" so this tells me it is something to do with my IP or Mac or Isp?
This is for my own personal use and the first subscrition i have mad from this IP and using this Mac.

I think they need to update the stalker portal or something so it can work with the latest firmware

Yes but why isnt they answer no mail, no forum nothing what happens?? Thanks rapid your cheaper but allt time problem, have use it 1 month and from first day problem then it works few days and back to problem again really bad services!!

Would be nice for Rapid to let us know at least, we shouldn't assume.

I have seen no communication anywhere that they are working on it.

Anyway I told my clients not to update till the problem is fixed.
I just have 1 MAG STB I updated when I didn't know about the problem.
I'm going to look for a downgrade in the meantime.

I have spoken with Staff and been talked through a fix and i am still testing and i am sure they will update when all is 100% so hold tight
