Try the m3u link on your PC with VLC on the same wifi of your phone and see. Cant see how your wifi can be screwed up, or try m3u on another app on the phone like IPTV app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv&hl=en maybe GSE is screwed up over wifi.

Does the m3u link you have from your IPTV provider open on VLC player on your PC on same wifi?

Install from app store DNS channger app, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and see will it work on wifi. How is 3 filtering your adult content on the phone? I bet through some proxy on 4G connectio. Meaning all your 4G traffic goes through their filters. Anyway 3 has nothing to do with Wifi, so...

What phone you have? seems some serious network conflict on your phone connectivity is going on. Think back the steps what has changed or maybe you touched something somehwere.

Is your wifi working for browsing?

If its only working on 4G and not home wifi, then we can assume your home ISP has blocked your IPTV provider. Can you test on a wifi of a friend that has different ISP from you?

You shouldn't need those manually, those are pulled from the SIM card automaticlly. Anyway APN settings can not interfear with a IPTV stream or IPTV app that you are using. What phone do you have, how are you watching IPTV, from an app?

What internet settings did you install? Some 4G APN settings? How can Three do anyting about your IPTV provider, unlss block it of course?
