Did you try to delete playlist and reupload the playlist as link and not as file? I think Password on siptv is only issue with the playlist, not Samsung problem.

Open a ticket on your dashboard and writte wich VPN do you use too and they can tell you if it's permitted or not.. some VPN provider are not permited
