Problem with vpn

Got a problem connecting with my vpn (static ip adress) havent been an issue before started 2 days ago been using this service for a year with same vpn
been in contact with my reseller but cant find the issue.
have tried my nvidia shield with iptv extreme
and vlc on pc same issue
tried change my dns servers same result
tried line on another connection mobile it works fine

this is from the log from vlc
main error: read error: No error

http error: failed to read answer

access error: HTTP 401 error

http error: authentication failed without realm

access error: HTTP 401 error

any solution besides change vpn service ?

I think it works only with dedicated ip..

Open a ticket on your dashboard and writte wich VPN do you use too and they can tell you if it's permitted or not.. some VPN provider are not permited

OVPN is my provider just weird it stopped working 2days ago.
I think the team should provide a faq with VPNS that are allowed if thats the case that some vpn providers is not allowed
but will open and ticket

Static IP address is not the same as dedicated Ip address, It just means that it's the same all the time, not that you are alone with it.

Used the wrong wording* i got a dedicated ip adress but thanks for the info

thats not true alot of people use vpn beacause ISP blocks iptv server

Ok. Sorry it is just for resellers

If the Support team cannot help you resolve ISP blocks, then the client will be allowed to use VPN from Admin. But then you need to confirm that the current client with the current username has been granted permission for using VPN!
