My reseller tells me he is not there for support and to download the discord app which I can't do via my device.This is the 2nd time the login has failed,previously after two weeks I was told to delete from fire stick and was sent a new link.Now he doesn't want to know but something has been done at your/their end as my subscription has moved from J an 20 expire to unlimited and I can't have changed that.of the dashboard I guess you mean?
Did you contact your reseller? He can check your account on his dashboard
My reseller has told me to delete (again) and reload with a new file address.
This has worked but surely I shouldn't need to keep doing this?
