Can't login error :on failure.Subscription end date has moved from Jan 2020 to unlimited

My reseller tells me he is not there for support and to download the discord app which I can't do via my device.This is the 2nd time the login has failed,previously after two weeks I was told to delete from fire stick and was sent a new link.Now he doesn't want to know but something has been done at your/their end as my subscription has moved from J an 20 expire to unlimited and I can't have changed that.
now it doesn't work at all!

Well if somebody changed something then it was the reseller and nobody else
And if the reseller told you that he doesn't care or that he doesn't support then I would suggest that you make a ticket to claim about that and to ask for a solution.
It's not the usual way rapid resellers use to work... every reseller is responsible for his clients...
 
We dont offer life time subscription here sounds like u been scamed if ur line not working anymore
