Add YouTube live channel on playlist

I tested to add live free channel but 10 channels not working and 1 channel work.
Tested with vlc Pc and siptv.

Link from YouTube with watch?v in the link.
http:// www. youtube.com/watch?v=IDofVIDEO

Other way to add live YouTube channel?
