I am unable to play anything on any apps on apple 4k tv. Iplaytv used to work but now nothing. Have entered url and m3u lines correctly but no epg loading. Have tried changing DNS but still no joy. Interestingly, I can play my m3u list on my phone, just not on apple 4k tv. Any ideas?

Maybe isp block? Try with vpn... Not sure if a vpn is available on apple tv, apple tv is quite limited, that's why iQuit with apple long time ago. Better try to get an android box like amazon fire tv stick where you can install nearly all apps on it.
There is no Vpn available for apple 4k tv but I have express Vpn covering my router. As I say, perfect on my phone but can't get anything on apple 4k tv
